Barood, a modern Latin-Indian izakaya dining bar located in Singapore’s Tras Street area, is introducing a new menu for food lovers to enjoy. Barood offers a unique modern Indian cuisine that is bar bites-centric and features Japanese twists in their Indian tapas dishes.
Barood comes from the same team behind the popular grill restaurant Revolver and the Michelin-starred Hamamoto. The concept brings together an irresistible mix of flavours that will delight the palates of foodies and modern diners alike, providing an unforgettable experience in Singapore’s contemporary Indian cuisine.
Barood’s menu features a selection of small plates, cooked-to-order Barood specialities, and a wide range of signature cocktails. Barood’s flavours are unique, vibrant, and sure to please everyone from the casual diner to the food connoisseur.
Barood’s New Menus
Barood’s new menu is the icing on the cake and is sure to entice the taste buds, featuring next-level Tostadas, topped with Negitoro, Morel Truffles or Spiced Avocado. Barood also offers vegetarian options, including pulled Jackfruit Pao with cashews, Cauliflower Skewers with chilli coriander and lime crema, and Spiced Paneer Tacos.
Between 5 pm and 7 pm, from Tuesday to Sunday, Barood’s ‘Early Tryst Menu‘ is available to enjoy five exquisite tapas courses for just $79++. Barood’s signature dishes include Smoked Lobster Yakitori, Butter Chicken Paratini, and Barood’s signature Goat Biryani Arancini.
In addition, Barood offers a selection of speciality cocktails to go with their delicious menu, including the ever-popular Dark Knight—a complex libation of rye whisky, vermouth, and mushroom bitters.
