The Azimuth Music Festival is returning to AlUla from 22nd to 24th of September, and this year’s lineup is packed with more than 21 artists and DJs. The festival will showcase a diverse range of genres, from techno and house to dubstep and Drum ‘n’ Bass.

Azimuth aims to bring together music lovers from all corners of the globe, and this year’s event is sure to be one of the most talked-about events of the year. Whether you’re a seasoned raver or a first-time festivalgoer, Azimuth is sure to have something for everyone. So pack your bags and get ready to dance the night away at one of the most spectacular locations on earth.

The Azimuth Music Festival has an incredible lineup of international and local artists this year, featuring DJ and electric music producer Damian Lazarus, French spinning legend DJ Snake, and Parov Stelar. Local artists include Dorar, Solskin, Saudi violinist and DJ KAYAN, Dish Dash, Baloo, Biirdperson, Nomad, Cosmicat, ANMARZ, and Vinyl Mode.


The Azimuth Music Festival takes place during the golden hours of sunrise and sunset when the light is at its most beautiful. The desert comes alive with music, art, and culture as the sun rises and sets. The dramatic landscape provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable experience. The festival coincides with the 92nd Saudi National Day on 23 September.

Other events taking place at AlUla

On September 28, Irish megastars Westlife will take to the stage in Maraya AlUla as part of their sell-out Wild Dreams Tour. Apart from the Azimuth Music Festival, other notable events taking place this year include ‘Winter at Tantora’ from 21 Dec to 21 Jan, bringing together immersive arts, outdoor theatre and high fashion, ‘AlUla Wellness Festival’ from 29 Sept to 16Oct anchored by Five Senses Sanctuary, and for the first time, ‘The Ancient Kingdoms Festival’ from 11 Nov to 27 Nov. AlUla is now a land of contrasts, where the ancient and the modern are coming together to create a truly unique experience.

Accommodation at AlUla

AlUla offers visitors a variety of accommodation options that highlight the unique setting of this location. Canyon RV Park consists of Retro Airstream RVs set along the canyon valley of AlUla, Habitas Alula nestled within an oasis in the desert canyons, Sahary Alula Resort and Shaden Resort, in addition to six rustic glamping and camping options.

Revival of AlUla, an open-air museum
